💼 About This Role

You'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Brigit's growth and revenue engines, including subscription and pricing. You'll partner with Marketing, Design, and Engineering to optimize conversion and retention. This role blends strategic bets with rigorous experimentation to drive member growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy for subscription activation, upgrades, and retention
• Optimize in-product user journey from install to first-time experience
• Identify and validate new growth opportunities through A/B testing
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years owning activation, engagement, and retention
• Proven success driving revenue and CLV in B2C fintech
• Strong experience with experimentation and analytics tools
