You'll accelerate growth for a digital board game platform with 5M+ annual players by driving activation and retention through data-driven insights. You'll own the full experiment lifecycle—from research and UX testing to analysis and iteration—working in an async remote environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Research competitive game modes and create product matrices
• Design and run experiments end-to-end with specs and analysis
• Identify UX issues through structured investigation and testing
• Coordinate cross-functionally to execute experiments and QA builds

📋 Requirements

• Experience designing and running experiments with success metrics
• Strong written communication for async collaboration and specs
• Ability to turn research into structured outputs (matrices, reports)
• Skilled in data analysis and interpreting findings
