Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, using the Svetness Fitness App to track progress and customize workout programs. You'll conduct initial assessments and reassessments every 4-6 weeks, ensuring clients perform exercises correctly and stay motivated to reach their goals.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of personal training experience
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs based on initial assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain client session appointments via scheduling software
