🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for alignment and prioritization.
• Support the full delivery cycle from scope definition to UAT.
• Ensure quality and validation of final solution with business.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst in corporate environments.
• Strong work with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with integrations (APIs, REST/SOAP, messaging, async processes).

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (in progress or completed).
• Technical English for international projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
