Description

You will lead a large, multi-discipline electrical engineering team to develop and execute technical vision for complex hardware-software defense products. You'll oversee electrical subsystems from prototype to production, manage resources and hiring, and partner with other teams to integrate designs that enhance U.S. military capabilities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning design and delivery of electrical systems for complex hardware products
• Deep technical fluency and passion for engineering details
• Experience with high-power (100kW+) and low-power (20W-) ground or automotive systems
• Past leadership of large multi-discipline electrical engineering teams
• 10+ years overseeing development of complex electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee 40+ member electrical engineering department including architecture, PCB design, harness, firmware, integration, and test
• Own design and integration of electrical subsystems for multiple products simultaneously
• Drive transition of electrical designs from prototype to production
• Lead people management, resource planning, and hiring for the team
• Partner with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and supply chain leaders to integrate and build electrical designs
