Description

You will help maintain Grocery TV's in-store display network by visiting local grocery stores to troubleshoot, reset, or replace devices, working closely with the operations team to resolve issues quickly. This flexible role offers a consistent schedule of 15-20 hours per week and mileage reimbursement.

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating via text or phone
• Mobile hotspot or ability to enable one on phone
• Reliable insured vehicle for travel within 50 miles
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Basic proficiency with laptops/tablets and tools like drill, screwdriver, wire snips

Responsibilities

• Check power sources and connections in-store
• Reset or replace display devices when needed
• Troubleshoot with the Operations team over the phone
• Collect and ship equipment back to headquarters
