Description

You will deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers, load and unload vehicles, complete customer paperwork, and ensure safe driving. This role focuses on providing a positive customer experience as part of Carvana's growth.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Satisfy state-specific DMV/title system access requirements
• Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Walk/stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect car-hauler for safe operation
• Maintain a clean driving record
