You'll own Wing's presence at industry events across North America, sourcing and executing tradeshows that drive pipeline. You'll partner with sales, marketing, and product to turn booth space into meetings and revenue. This hands-on role offers high visibility and ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and prioritize events aligned with ICP and revenue goals
• Plan and execute events end to end including booth design and logistics
• Be on-site point of contact, set up and tear down booths
• Partner with sales to drive pipeline and capture leads

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of event marketing or field marketing experience
• Experience managing an events budget
• Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports connecting events to revenue
• Familiarity with HubSpot

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event tools like Cvent or Splash
• Background in B2B SaaS or fast-paced tech environment
