You'll serve as the frontline guardian of IT integrity for dental practices, ensuring their technology is stable, secure, and optimized. You'll blend hands-on L2 troubleshooting with a focus on automation and documentation to deliver a reliable technical experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot network, server, workstation, and cloud systems
• Create documentation for fulfillment and CX teams
• Provide technical support to end-users, including remote support

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional IT experience
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with Windows operating systems and hardware

✨ Nice to Have

• IT support in dental or medical field
• Experience with 3Shape, iTero, Alliedstar, or Medit
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+
