You'll design and scale backend systems for an AI-powered flight safety platform. Your work will directly impact mission-critical aviation applications used by the Department of Defense and major airlines. You'll own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines from design to deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain backend services and distributed systems
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs for integrations
• Build and optimize data pipelines for time-series and multimedia data
• Own backend reliability, performance, and scalability in production

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with backend services and distributed systems
• Fluency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js)
• Proven experience building and scaling backend infrastructure
• Strong ownership mindset driving end-to-end systems from design to deployment

• Passion for aviation and improving air travel
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows or data-intensive systems
• Experience with big data tools or large-scale data processing
