π― What You'll Do
- Resolve client support inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with account setup, technical support, and treasury issues
- Educate customers on NinjaTrader product features
- Collaborate with internal teams like Trade Desk and Compliance
π Requirements
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn complex systems
- Empathy and genuine care for customer issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with client troubleshooting abilities
β¨ Nice to Have
- Written and spoken fluency in Spanish
- 1+ year customer service experience in high-volume tech company
- Experience with CRM and ticketing software
