Description

You will structure, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements, provide legal advice to stakeholders, and offer thought leadership while mentoring team members. This role supports the revenue organization and ensures compliance with legal and operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience in-house or law firm
• Call to the Bar in Canadian province or US state
• In-house experience in advertising, technology, ad tech, data, or media
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills
• Positive, collaborative spirit and learning mindset
