You'll lead a clinician team at a Coachella Health Center, providing reproductive healthcare and management support. You'll empower staff and ensure high-quality, cost-effective care. This role offers a $45K retention bonus and training in advanced procedures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage health center clinicians to ensure quality care and customer service.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, physicians, and management on clinical improvements.
• Partner with Case Management team on patient lab results and referrals.
• Perform procedures like IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, and cryotherapy.

📋 Requirements

• Active California license as NP, PA, or CNM.
• At least 1 year healthcare experience as NP, CNM, or PA.
• Previous leadership experience.
