📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Associate Art Director on released AAA games
• Exceptional portfolio with strong artistic fundamentals
• Proficiency in industry-standard art tools and game engines
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills

• Knowledge of advanced rendering techniques
