You'll join a team of 400+ IT professionals across six subsidiaries, working on projects for clients in finance, telecom, and energy. You'll ensure high availability and performance of middleware platforms in a hybrid environment. Continuous learning is a core value, with exposure to the latest technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain application/web servers and messaging platforms
• Deploy configuration changes and manage runtime parameters
• Handle TLS/certificate lifecycle management
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts and incidents

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, or IBM MQ
• Strong understanding of TLS/certificates (keystore/truststore, cipher suites, HSTS)
• Knowledge of reverse proxies, URL routing, load balancers, and WAF integrations
• Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot middleware-related issues

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
• Familiarity with monitoring, SIEM, and telemetry tools
• Experience with deployment processes and configuration versioning
