You'll own the Innovation Portfolio at Ensono, governing a set of strategic initiatives across AI and automation. Your core impact is ensuring rigorous governance, proactive dependency management, and clear communication to senior stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage intake, prioritization, and funding decisions for the innovation portfolio
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks including stage gates and dashboards
• Resolve blockers and maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives
• Produce exec-ready portfolio reports and board packs

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in innovation or portfolio management
• Strong governance background building and enforcing models
• Proficient in portfolio tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project
• Exposure to AI and digital transformation programs

✨ Nice to Have

• PgMP, PMP, or Prince2 Practitioner certification
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications
• Experience in matrixed, multi-geography environments
