You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic Enterprise clients in Italy, ensuring their technical success and long-term alignment with Scaleway's roadmap. You'll coordinate support, engineering, and product teams to handle incidents, migrations, and cloud architecture guidance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic Enterprise clients
• Coordinate support, engineering, and product teams for SLA compliance
• Manage client adoption of Scaleway products and ensure optimal use
• Co-lead Quarterly Service Reviews and steering committees with C-Level

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in technical consulting or high-level customer engineering
• Cloud Infrastructure expertise (IaaS, PaaS, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
• Fluency in English, French, and Italian

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in complex migrations (on-prem to cloud or cloud-to-cloud)
• Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, Metabase, Google Suite
