💼 About This Role

You'll help train LLMs to write production-grade code by comparing, ranking, and repairing AI-generated code across multiple languages. Your feedback will directly improve how models propose, critique, and refine code. You'll work fully remotely on RLHF pipelines for a cutting-edge AI training team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Compare and rank multiple code snippets, explaining which is best and why
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style
• Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline and keep it running smoothly
• Participate in asynchronous code reviews and provide detailed feedback

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional software engineering experience in C++
• Strong code-review instincts to spot logic errors, performance traps, and security issues
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable reading documentation and language specs in an asynchronous, low-oversight environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Constraint programming experience
• Familiarity with RLHF or AI training pipelines
