Description

In this role, you will architect the navigation and interaction systems for Roblox's platform and in-experience interfaces, translating 2D UIs into 3D environments across mobile, desktop, console, and XR. You'll drive UX strategy, design scalable systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user experience for a global community of creators and players.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with scalable systems and information architecture
• Strong craft across visual design, interaction design, and design systems
• Cross-platform design experience (mobile, desktop, console, XR)
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools (Origami, After Effects, 3D tools a plus)
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy and align design vision with company goals
• Design cross-org navigation and information architecture that scales
• Define visual language and interaction patterns for in-experience controls
• Present strategic design reasoning to leadership and negotiate stakeholder needs
• Define UX strategy for spatial selections in 3D, translating innovation into production solutions
