Description

You will guide customers in designing reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data platform, working with sales teams to win deals and drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor to users from startups to large enterprises, focusing on complex opportunities that require deep technical evaluation.

Requirements

• 8-11 years of customer-facing experience, with 5-7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software
• Minimum 3 years with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#) professionally
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to business leadership
• Ability to strategize with sales teams and travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable applications and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, articulating business value to stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales teams on account planning, opportunity qualification, and pipeline generation
• Generate demand through technical initiatives, events, and account-based marketing
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and relay field feedback to product teams
