• Partner with sales leaders to provide actionable insights on business drivers and risks
• Develop high-visibility initiatives to scale sales performance and productivity
• Analyze sales team performance and own forecasting and productivity models
• Support executive materials including memos, slides, and business reviews

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in management consulting or sales/business operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently on tight deadlines
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills using tools like Tableau, Excel, or Databricks
• Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams
