🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects
• Create and present professional customer-facing presentations
• Lead workshops and discussions with customers
• Track project artifacts for risk, change, and scope management

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation project management
• PMP, CAPM or similar certification
• Experience with Agile scrum-based project management
• Experience presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings

✨ Nice to Have

• WFM system deployment methodology experience
• Retail, hospitality, or restaurant industry experience
