You'll turn product data into insights for a rapidly growing FinTech company. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive Tier 1 initiatives with analytics and experimentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to define analytical plans and experiment designs
• Query and analyze large datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior and funnel performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key product KPIs
• Contribute to goal setting and forecasting for product initiatives
• Validate data quality and consistency for product domains

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data science
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
• Hands-on experience with DBT for analytical models
