Requirements

• 1-2 years in administrative, coordination, or HR roles
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and Google Calendar; ATS like Greenhouse is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones
• Ensure a world-class candidate experience from initial contact to final interview
• Support global hiring drives and recruiting initiatives
• Build collaborative relationships with recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders
• Handle sensitive information with discretion
