Description

You'll perform CAD services like drafting in AutoCAD and amending Revit models, overlaying fire safety information onto architectural drawings. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and advance your career within a supportive team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or design
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM platforms
• Familiarity with NFPA codes (13, 14, 20, 72) and local codes
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and drawings
• Experience with fire protection design

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for fire suppression systems
• Create layout drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation
• Interpret design specifications and ensure drawings comply with NFPA standards and local codes
• Modify and update drawings based on redlines, markups, and field conditions
• Submit progress reports to Project Managers and Project Leaders
