💼 About This Role

You'll drive the data capabilities of our loyalty solutions, working with engineering and stakeholders to deliver scalable data services, pipelines, and analytics. You'll own the product backlog for the Loyalty Data team, ensuring robust data ingestion, modeling, and reporting. This role emphasizes data-centric product ownership in a hybrid work environment. Prioritize and define user stories for data features that power consumer-facing loyalty experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Translate customer needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering during sprints to clarify requirements and review output.
• Conduct backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release planning.

📋 Requirements

• 7-9 years experience as a product owner or similar role.
• At least 4 years as an Agile product owner.
• Strong understanding of data concepts (modeling, ETL, APIs, data governance).
• Proven ability to use AI tools and automation to enhance productivity.

• Domain experience in convenience retail, ERP, or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data/information systems, or business.
