💼 About This Role

You'll serve as Traba's in-market operational hands, recruiting and onboarding workers across customer sites in Council Bluffs. You'll be the local face to the workforce, building community partnerships and running onboarding sessions. This role requires professionalism, bilingual communication, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with workers from recruiting through placement
• Develop relationships with workforce centers and community partners
• Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end
• Manage full worker funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, converting
• Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires across sites

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong recruiting instincts and ability to source and screen candidates

• Experience in staffing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments
