You will lead and scale Bombas' global trade, social, and ethical compliance programs, ensuring adherence to import/export regulations and ethical standards while supporting a mission-driven business.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in global trade and supply chain compliance
• Licensed U.S. Customs Broker designation
• Strong judgment and integrity in compliance decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Systems thinker comfortable with strategic and tactical work

Responsibilities

• Lead global trade compliance framework for U.S. and international regulations
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on customs and trade compliance
• Collaborate with Legal on social and ethical compliance strategy
• Embed compliance standards into supplier selection and performance management
• Monitor global regulations and manage risk mitigation strategies
