Description

You will become an expert in multimodal real-world data, delivering insights and analyses to customers. You'll build analytical tools and dashboards using QuickSight, Snowflake, and Plotly Dash, translating stakeholder needs into customer-facing software. You'll also define metrics and standards while mentoring other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Healthcare, or related field
• 5+ years as Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar with focus on analytics and visualization tools
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake
• Experience with analytical data modeling and/or semantic layers
• Experience with Python or R and customer-facing dashboards (QuickSight or similar)

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and Python/R to extract insights and conduct deep-dive analysis from multimodal data
• Maintain and build analytical tools and customer-facing dashboards (QuickSight) and internal apps (Plotly Dash/Streamlit)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, domain experts, Product, and Data Engineering to deliver analytical products
• Define best practices for analytics (intake, QA, documentation, release notes) and improve code/dashboard performance
• Design intermediate analytical models and own metric definitions and calculation standards
