You will be the primary point of contact for service customers at Carvana's dealership, guiding them through the maintenance and repair process. You'll consult with customers, provide estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure an exceptional experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years customer-facing experience
• Proven experience as Service Advisor in automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram
• Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns
• Advise on recommended services and maintenance
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department
• Follow up post-service for customer satisfaction
