🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support and resolve IT issues via helpdesk
• Maintain IT infrastructure in a fully macOS environment
• Implement and maintain security measures and device management
• Manage special projects like security tooling or workflow migration

📋 Requirements

• General IT support experience in a macOS environment
• Proficiency in MDM (e.g., Jamf) and cloud security
• Experience with device management and mobile device management
• Strong problem-solving and project ownership skills

• Experience with business app building and workflow migration
• Knowledge of AI tools for productivity enhancement
• Prior experience managing direct reports
