💼 About This Role

You'll shape clinical standards guiding how Tandem's AI platform interprets medical records and supports treatment decisions. Your work will improve accuracy, speed, and consistency of patient access workflows. This is a high-context, cross-functional role blending clinical expertise with systems thinking to build reliable, clinically sound tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic and quality standards
• Curate and audit datasets for high-quality training material
• Evaluate and refine system performance for clinical accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure real-world clinical reasoning

📋 Requirements

• 2-8 years as a board certified NP, PA, or similar clinical role
• Experience in outpatient or specialty settings with prior authorizations
• Strong written communication to translate clinical complexity
• Comfort collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams
