💼 About This Role

You'll drive execution and operational rigor across Engineering and Data Science as an extension of the CTO. You'll translate strategy into trackable initiatives, remove bottlenecks, and scale the organization with discipline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate CTO's priorities into clear, trackable initiatives.
• Establish operational cadences like roadmap reviews and KPI tracking.
• Ensure alignment on priorities between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
• Develop data-driven insights to inform roadmap and resource allocation decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, or similar execution-heavy roles.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers and data scientists.

• Experience building or scaling engineering operating processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS or financial services products.
• Background in consulting or strategy.
