As a Part-Time Assistant Manager at Hot Topic, you'll support the store leadership team in providing an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and assist with daily operations. This role offers a chance to step into leadership while staying connected to the products you love.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed
• Open and close the store as required
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Love for music and pop culture
• Strong communication and time management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
