🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical oversight for excavation, grading, and trenching operations
• Coordinate on-site equipment and labor scheduling
• Train operators on automated and remote-controlled equipment
• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, bulldozers, graders) as needed

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years in site prep/excavation
• Strong understanding of earthworks construction techniques
• Experience operating heavy equipment required
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
