Description

You will own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy for Arsenal-1 production, partnering with stakeholders to build pipelines and scale a department aligned with company culture. You'll act as a subject matter expert in sourcing techniques, conduct high-volume interviews, and drive diverse talent into the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience
• 3+ years working with senior level leaders and stakeholders on talent strategies
• Experience recruiting at agency and fast-paced startup for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering roles
• Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Ashville, OH office
• Experience building talent acquisition function from ground up preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle with effective communication and reporting
• Act as subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools for information retrieval and process automation
• Conduct high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences
• Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
• Build talent maps and drive diverse talent into the organization ensuring positive candidate experience
