Description
You will supervise pharmacy technicians and operations to ensure timely, high-quality service for patients and providers. You'll manage daily production, monitor queue volumes, perform quality checks, and step into production as needed. You'll also supervise a team, set performance expectations, conduct 1:1s, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related field
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end prescription journey for exceptional patient/provider experiences
- Monitor queue volumes and reallocate work to maintain productivity
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with processes and standards
- Supervise a team of technicians, set performance expectations, and conduct 1:1 meetings
- Use data to drive performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making
