You'll own revenue growth across Cordance's existing customer base, driving cross-sell, upsell, and renewals across a multi-product, multi-industry ecosystem. Your core impact will be maximizing customer lifetime value through a unified expansion strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own cross-sell, upsell, and renewal revenue across all business units
  • Develop and execute portfolio-wide expansion strategy
  • Align go-to-market teams across business units for coordinated account strategies
  • Oversee renewal strategy to maximize retention and reduce churn
  • Build and manage expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting

  • 10–15+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving net revenue retention through cross-sell, upsell, and renewals
  • Experience operating across multiple products, business units, or industries
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing revenue teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required
