πΌ About This Role
You'll own revenue growth across Cordance's existing customer base, driving cross-sell, upsell, and renewals across a multi-product, multi-industry ecosystem. Your core impact will be maximizing customer lifetime value through a unified expansion strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders.
π― What You'll Do
- Own cross-sell, upsell, and renewal revenue across all business units
- Develop and execute portfolio-wide expansion strategy
- Align go-to-market teams across business units for coordinated account strategies
- Oversee renewal strategy to maximize retention and reduce churn
- Build and manage expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting
π Requirements
- 10β15+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving net revenue retention through cross-sell, upsell, and renewals
- Experience operating across multiple products, business units, or industries
- Experience building and scaling high-performing revenue teams
- Bachelorβs degree required
