Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Rhombus Power, you will work side-by-side with national security partners, architecting and deploying custom solutions on our AI platform. You'll write production-grade code across the full stack, serve as a technical consultant, and troubleshoot live operational issues to ensure mission success.

Requirements

• 2-3 years professional experience in Software Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Data Engineering
• Full-stack software generalist with DevOps, backend, and frontend capabilities
• Customer-facing experience including requirement gathering and technical support
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand partner missions, data workflows, and requirements for predictive insights
• Design, develop, and deploy tailored software solutions using the Rhombus Power AI platform
• Write, test, and maintain production-grade code across DevOps, backend, and frontend
• Provide technical consultation on best use of products to achieve mission goals
• Serve as technical liaison between customer teams and product engineering
• Troubleshoot complex issues in live operational environments
