🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of data scientists
• Own data science systems from strategy to deployment
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define DS initiatives
• Drive platformization and ML lifecycle improvements
• Ensure model scalability, performance, and cost efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science or Analytics
• 2-3 years of people management experience
• Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, or Computer Science
• Production ML models experience at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• PhD in a quantitative field
• Experience in B2C or e-commerce ML initiatives
• Experience in personalization, recommendations, ranking, or supply chain ML
