You'll lead contract negotiation and legal operations for a B2B SaaS company, working closely with sales and operations teams to streamline processes. You'll drive automation and AI-driven enhancements to achieve Digital Trust & Safety goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and negotiate contracts including order forms, NDAs, and MSAs
• Manage procurement contract administration lifecycle from request to finalization
• Collaborate with sales and sales operations to streamline deal cycles
• Create and maintain templates, playbooks, and process documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in-house contracts management experience
• 3+ years in-house at a B2B SaaS company in contracts or legal operations
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and AI solutions
• Experience with Salesforce
