💼 About This Role

You'll be the face of Wellist on the ground, engaging employees in-person across multiple Boston hospital locations. You'll drive program enrollment and ensure employees access the support they need. This role is about building trust and presence to close the gap between benefits offered and benefits used.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage employees in-person across hospital sites (break rooms, cafeterias, events).
• Turn everyday interactions into conversations that convert to program activation.
• Guide employees through enrollment with clarity, empathy, and accuracy.
• Build relationships with managers and key influencers for referrals.

📋 Requirements

• Comfort working onsite 5 days per week across multiple hospital locations.
• Experience in people-facing roles (e.g., customer service, sales, healthcare).
• Ability to meet enrollment targets and drive measurable outcomes.
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation in high-volume settings.
