🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage internal technology stack for remote team reliability
• Provide technical support and onboarding for collaboration tools
• Identify and implement workflow automation improvements
• Develop documentation and best practices for tool adoption

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of IT systems administration or technical operations
• Experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Zoom
• Familiarity with CRM systems, integrations, APIs, and automation tools
• Solid understanding of identity and access management including SSO and MFA
