Lead a team building customer-facing features and AI-driven capabilities for the MyCase practice management platform. You'll support engineers through coaching and performance management, partner with product and design, and contribute technically through code reviews and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Experience managing software engineers and leading teams delivering production software in cross-functional environments
• Strong technical background in modern web application development with ability to engage in design and code discussions

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of software engineers building customer-facing features and AI-driven solutions
• Manage engineers through onboarding, coaching, feedback, career development, and performance management
• Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features or AI solutions
• Lead agile rituals, improve planning, remove bottlenecks, ensure predictable delivery
• Contribute technically through code reviews, architecture discussions, debugging, and hands-on implementation
