Description

You will lead the delivery of software for autonomous maritime systems, owning outcomes across design, implementation, and sustainment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive architecture and roadmap evolution for next-generation defense capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Robotics, CS, or related field or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience in high-performing tech organization
• Extensive professional software engineering experience
• Systems/application programming skills including algorithms, data structures, testing
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems

Responsibilities

• Own customer success through design and delivery of multi-year software roadmap across teams
• Partner with external teams on interfacing requirements
• Drive architecture selection for robotic systems including hardware, compute, and network
• Lead teams developing on- and off-platform software
• Support vehicle manufacturing and deployment
