Requirements

• Current valid RN nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• MAR-EPA-RX certification (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to providing compassionate, reliable care

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home setting
• Follow individualized care plans and administer medications as ordered
• Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting (AlayaCare)
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members
• Educate clients and families on health management and safety
