You'll support a large federal agency's legal mission through litigation support tasks like cite checking and legal research. You'll work under a Project Supervisor to prepare draft legal documents and review cases for issuance. This role offers the chance to contribute to government innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complex legal research for trial staff
• Assist in preparing draft legal documents such as motions
• Review cases and conduct research on pertinent laws
• Cite check via online legal research tools

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or currently attending ABA-accredited law school
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems
• Experience with LEXIS and Westlaw
• Cite checking and blue book experience
