You'll build the incident response layer for manufacturing floors, correlating signals from fragmented systems to surface root causes before downtime occurs. Your platform will transform manual, reactive processes into AI-native automation across incident response, SOP execution, and anomaly detection. This role offers a unique co-creation model with $250K investment and proven GTM support from Forum's AI Studio to reach $50-100K ARR rapidly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product vision and technical architecture for the incident management platform
• Lead full-stack development of MVP integrating with manufacturing data sources
• Establish go-to-market strategy and secure initial design partners
• Raise seed and Series A funding with support from Forum's network

📋 Requirements

• Early-stage operator experience in manufacturing or industrial software
• Domain expertise in manufacturing OT systems (SCADA, PLC, MES, etc.)
• Ability to attract and lead world-class engineering and domain teams
• US or Canada-based with availability for North American time zone collaboration
