💼 About This Role

You'll own component development qualification activities at suppliers for a first-of-its-kind autonomous robotic system. You'll drive scalability, cost, and quality improvements while traveling 40-60% to manage partners in Asia and North America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead supplier manufacturing process development and launch readiness.
• Participate in supplier DFM reviews and guide efficient manufacturing.
• Own should-cost modeling and support pricing/negotiations.
• Drive improvements using Lean, SPC, and supplier scorecards.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Supplier Quality or Industrialization Engineering.
• Launched complex mechanical/electromechanical components to volume production.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO9001/IATF16949 quality systems.
• Implemented APQP/PPAP/PFMEA with domestic and overseas suppliers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Japanese-fluent or native speaker.
• Expertise in motor manufacturing, injection molding, or metrology.
• Experience managing vendors across multiple geographies.
