You'll execute and optimize high-volume paid acquisition campaigns for a top AI companionship platform, working closely with the CMO. Your daily management of channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google will directly drive user growth and help scale from 50 million to 100 million users. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced learning environment with mentorship from senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google
• Monitor funnel performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
• Prepare creative briefs and organize ad assets for testing
• Pull and clean performance data for weekly reviews

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google
• Strong analytical skills comfortable with data and Excel
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Voluum
• Experience in regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
